All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • Your order number

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


Approved Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if evidence is insufficient or if the product shows signs of use.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered in cases where:

  • The product arrived damaged

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Individual skin responses vary. Halora is not responsible for allergic reactions, irritation, or sensitivity. We recommend conducting a patch test before full use of any product.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Halora is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

If a package is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will assist where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.
