Refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.


9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
